Recipe: Pumpkin Pie & Coffee Milkshake

There is no better way to kick off a fall morning than by drinking this perfectly smooth, creamy and filling milkshake. I added a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg and whipped cream to pull in all my favorite fall flavors. This is great for a quick breakfast, for kids (minus the coffee), or for entertaining...


I just blended together 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder, 1/2 cup of ice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.... and was generous with the toppings.
